Fast Track Cycling is on a mission to construct and operate a velodrome cycling track in the City of Cleveland and to provide youth and adult programming so as to promote the sport of cycling for its various health and wellness benefits.

The three (3) phase velodrome project will be a local, regional and ultimately a national attraction and will generate a significant economic impact to the City of Cleveland and the Broadway/Slavic Village neighborhood.
